COTTAGE GARDEN COMPETITION. Intending entrants for the above Society’s collage garden competition are reminded that entries will close on Monday next, at 5 p.m., as j>er advertisement in this issue. The Society are giving £3 for first, £2 for second, and £1 for third prize, and Mr F. H. Denton and Tesla Studios have kindly offered to take photos of the winning gardens. The conditions of the competition are as follows Area not to exceed 1-acre with cottage, and no labour to lie employed outside of family other than to dig ground.
