SCOTTISH CONCERT.

The “Scotch Nicht' 1 ’ m the Opera House last evening was wry largely attended, and the Tainui relief fund should benefit largely thereby. The following contributed to the programme: —Miss Myra Muir, Master John McMillan, the Charteris family. Misses Johnston, Mesdames Ivo Symes and J. McDermitt, and Messrs Herbert: Couch, H. Gallagher, A. Wright, W. H. Eoberton, and W. Sheplcy, Mrs J. Cardwell and Miss E. Bignell, L.A.8., acting as accompanists, and the Wanganui Pipe Band also playing several selections. Wo regret that pressure on our space precludes a detailed report of the concert, which was in every way enjoyable and successful.
