Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. PEKIN, Nov, 17. The Anfu Group, which is opposing Premier Shin Yun Pong’s Cabinet appointments, has finally agreed to accept them with the exception of the Minister of Finance, Coowtzuclii. The Premier has stopped all Anfu subsidies, affecting eighteen Pekin newspapers, and causing dissension iji Anfu ranks. Some elements claim that the party is becoming unpopular as a result of its unnecessary political obstruction. Students at Pei Yang University objected to an American professor, claiming that he was incompetent. A strike developed, resulting in the resignation of the Dean of the University-
