(Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON. November 20. The Wellington Education Board considered the Wanganui Board’s circular protesting against Ton Zcdiitz’s reinstatement at Victoria College. Mr Shand moved that the letter be received. He thought the Victoria College Council should have sufficient backbone to make a declaration on the subject. It should not sit on a rail waiting for a lead from outside. \ An amendment, moved by Mr Moss and seconded by Mr Harkness. was carried,' that the Board disapproves of the appointment of a man of alien nationality to the position.
