IMPORTANT POSITIONS L EVACUATED.

According to reports from Riga, Bermondt is preparing to evacuate Mitau owing to the Letts’ capture of Ekau, threatening his communications. Denekin has ordered the evacuation of Kieff, which the Bolsheviks and Ukrainian rebels are threatening. HELSINGFORS, Nov. 17. Yndenitch has evacuated Yamburg. He informed his troops that they must fight to the death, as the Estfaonians refuse ot allow retreat through their territory.
