A Sydney cable states that D. O’Connor (a prominent jockey) and F. Dalton (owner) and the horse Girdlerhave been disqualified for twelve months in connection with the running of the Trial Stakes at Rosehill on Saturday. It is understood O’Connor intended to leave for New Zealand this month under a retainer to Mr Stead.
