SYDNEY, Nov. 18. Shipowners consider the seamen’s demands a breach of the agreement reached recently, and have determined to man the ships if the seamen come out. Further good coastal rains are falling. MELBOURNE, Nov. 18. The strike on the trans-continen-tal railway continues. The line remains closed. PORT DARWIN, Nov. 18. Since the recent trouble, business is at a standstill, public works have been closed, and the bulk of the residents have left.
