INDIAN BORDER TROUBLE.
BRITISH TROOPS MOVING. INDIAN GOVERNMENT'S* DEMANDS. Australian and N.Z Cable Association. Received November 15, 9,50 a.m. ALLAHABAD, November 14. The Kochi column moved out from Dardoni on the 18th for Pattakhel. The first echelon reached Boya without opposition. The Afghan irregulars are still in Wana, but their commander, Shah Daula, is reported to have left. The terms rejected by the Mahsuds included a claim that the Government of India shotild make roads and station troops in any part of the protected area, the Mahsuds to restore all rifles and bombs taken, not to interfere with the movements of troops, pay a fine of ten thousand rupees, and deposit two hundred rifles aa a guarantee of good faith.
