WHY GENERAL SEELY RESIGNED. Australian and N.Z, Cable Association. LONDON, November 12. General Seely, speaking from the front of an Opposition bench, said that he found dual control of the air'service did not work. He asked to he relieved during the war, hut remained under pressure. The Premier decided to maintain the existing plan, which General, Seely regarded as wasteful and inefficient. He said it condemned the Air Minister to be a mere annexe to the War Office.
