Advices received state that the Esthoniaus, Lotts, Lithuanians, Poles and Finns are conferring at Dorpat on the question of the advisability of negotiating an armistice with the Bolsheviks. It is suggested that an alliance of border States would afford means ef settling the Russian problem. YUDENITGH’ S PROSPECTS. LONDON, November 14.
