GERMANY’S UNCHXVALEOUS WARFARE. Australian and NJS. Cable Association, LONDON, November 12. ■ President Poincare was enthusiastically cheered in the streets when proceeding to Guildhall. Replying to the City address of welcome he alluded to Germany's unchivalrous warfare, and added; How different from the way we fotight for centuries. We fought each other chivalrously and appreciated each other, on the battlefield. That is why we shall always remain friends.
