WELLINGTON, November -13. i In the Supreme Court, Daniel Moir is being charged with the falsification of a trad© mark, with intent to deceive and defraud the .original owners. The action was taken on, the information of Arthur C. Nottingham, New Zealand altorney for J aye-i Sanitary Company, and the indictment is that accused did falsely apply to ..goods a ocertain mark so nearly resembling , the registered trad© mark of Jeyes Sanitary Compound Company, of 64 Gann on Street, - London, manufacturing chemists, as to he calculated to deceive, with, intent'thereby to defraud the .said company.
