ELECTIONS IN ENGLAND.

Vigorous election campaigns are proceeding at Ohesterle Street, Croydon, Thanet and Plymouth, but Lady Aster’s spirited fight in a three-corner-ed contest is attracting the principal attention. Her ladyship’s unconventional methods and keen sense of liumonr are producing lively, scenes. She has already received the Premier’s good wishes. A National Democratic candidate is challenging a Labourite at Ohesterle Street, but there is a straight fight on party lines at Croydon and Thanet between Conservatives, Coalitionists and Independent Liberals.
