PALMERSTON N., November 12,
At the Supreme Court yesterday, before Justice Chapman, Chaahes James Cockcry was charged with being unlawfully counselled and attempted to procure Henx7 Joseph Lewis and Alfred Mervyn Capp itio murder Thomas Quirke, detective-sergeant at Palmerston North on October 13th, 1910. The accused was found not guilty and was discharged.
