SYDNEY, November 12. The secretary of the Labour Council considers the palliatives suggested in yesterday’s report of the Employers’ Conference would only restrict to a greater measure the output of labour, because the knowledge would he increasing among _ workers that they were being deprived of a large portion of the value of' their labour. He favoured the suggested payment by results. The-worker should get the full value of his labour, and nothing should be deducted for any other purpose.
