AMERICA WINS CHAMPIONSHIP. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. Received July 7, 12.20 p.m. PARIS, July 5. In the, inter-Allied games, the swimming championships resulted; —America, 21 points; Australia, 14; and Prance, 5. Ross, of America, established a record, as competing against the world’s best swimmers, he won every race wherein he started. The Australian team included Longworth and Hardwick, and won the eight hundred metres relay .teams’ race.
