THREAT BY MERCHANT GUILD. i’er United Press Association.) AUCKLAND. July 7. The Morcant Service Guild express indignation owing to the employment of an alleged Gorman skipp.-r on an Auckland coastal vos.se! after the Guild had been instrument'd in preventing him going to sea as master of a steamer early last year. A resolution was carried that the Government be notified that if this man goes to sea, or as soon as it is known that a Gorman has sailed in any ship the Guild members will leave theif ships on the following day.
