The Weather Bureau reported at noon to-day as under: The indications are for southerly moderate to strong winds winds; weather probably cold aud changeable with scattered showers. The night will he very cold with frosts inland. Then the weather should improve. Barometer rising slowly. Sea considerable swell. Tides good.
