GERMAN SITUATION.
SPARTACIST STRIKE COLLAPSES. (Reuter.) Received April 10. 2.30 p.m. COPENHAGEN, April 9. Advices from Stuttgart state that the general strike of Spartacists has collapsed, and the leaders have been arrested. The Government control the situation. AN SITUATION Received April 10. 2.15 p.m. PARIS, April 9. Considerable interest is being taken in the revolution in Bavaria, especially as Bavaria has notified the withdrawal of her representatives from Weimar and Berlin. It looks as if flic Entente mar have two Governments to deal with. GENERAL STRIKE BEGUN. Received April 10, 2.20 p.m. COPENHAGEN, April 9. Advices from Wurzburg state that the Communists’ troops have seized the telephones, telegraphs and newspaper offices. A general strike has begun, and all factories and shops excepting fowl ehops have closed. Regensburg has cie- • dared for the Soviet Republic.
