At a meeting of the Wanganui Cricket Association, held on Monday evening, it was decided that, owing to the epidemic interfering with cricket generally during the past season, and particularly with regard to the College, the SenioT Cup would not be presented this Reason to any club. 1 Y.M.C.A. and Wanganui A teams scored the same number of points so far as the competition went. ‘ A friendly game which, of course, cannot count for the Cup, will be played between Y.M.C.A. and Wanganui A teams next Saturday and the following Saturday. This game should prove very interesting. The Wanganui Association ha,s accepted an invitation to play Manamatu at Palmerston North on Easter Friday and Saturday. The team to play Manawatu at Palmerston North at Easter will be selected from the following, and any player who cannot make the trip will please notify the secretary of the Association immediately:—Hussey, Orton, Oates, Matson, Placoner, London, Ellerm, Tronson, Meuli, Cave, Burton, Johnson, Holland, Luxford, Lomas, Hyder, Stapleton, Atkinson, Browning.
