Argument is being heard at the Supreme Court to-day by the Chief Justice in cases relating to the wills of the late Mrs and Mr E. W. Knowles, of Napier, the evidence in which was heard at Napier last month. The plaintiff is Mrs Amelia C. MacFarlane, a daughter of testator and testatrix. The defendants are- John Vigor Brown and Francis Logan, trustees of the estate. The plaintiff asks that the. estate be administered by tfao Doocfc. \
