THE REIGN OF TERROR (Ans, & N.Z, Cable Assn. & Reuter.) Received September 27, 2.30 p.m. LONDON, September 26. Advices from Moscow state that the revolutionary tribunal has condemned to death the former War Ministers Acolivanoff and Wierchevski. Another message states that the Terrorist decree has been rescinded, Lenin and a majority of the Central Committee having decided to return to what is described as “good” methods of revolution.
