SALVAGE CLAIMS.
AWARDS BY CHIEF JUSTICE. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, October 2. Judgment was given by the Chief Justice this afternoon in the claim for salavage of ihe oversea yeesel, which grounded at Pencarrow '.Head. The Union Company was awarded £IOOO for the services'of the tug Terawhiti, and Mr Zohrab £l5O fir the services of the steamer Karaka.
