AGGRESSIVE SEA POLICY PREDICTED. ALSO LANDING ON GERMAN COASTS. (Reuter’s Telegram.) Received April 16, 8.30 a.m. BERNE, April 15. Military writers opine that the entry of America into the war will result in an aggressive sea policy against Germany, culminating in the landing of troops on the German coast, involving a tremendous battle, completely outdoing Gallipoli.
