YVANGANUI HARBOUR BOARD. lENDERS are invited by the Wanga--1 nui Harbour Board for the Leading of an Area fronting' the Castleclifi' Wharf, with a frontage to the wharf of approximately eighty-seven links, by a depth of one hundred links. The lease is for a period of eighteen and a half years from the seventeenth day of April next, with rights of renewal and further renewals thereof at the expiration of such term on giving three months' notice, at a ground rental to be Bettled by arbitration. The lease shall contain provisions requiring the leasee to pay all rates and taxes and keep everything in repair, to insure, not to remove buildings without the Board's consent, not to call on the Board to fence, not to assign or sub-let without the Board's consent (provided that such consent shall not be arbitrarily withheld), not to create any nuisance, not to damage, the water frontage, or to interfere with public access to the wharves; also a covenant to build within five months from the commencement of the a brick building providing accommodation and facilities for the cool storage and grading of seven thousand crates of cheese at a time or fourteen thousand boxes of butter, and to maintain such building; also a proviso that in the event of default for thirty days in payment of rent or of breach of covenant the Board may re-enter and determine the lease; and a proviso entitling the Board to resume the land at any time on giving hve years' notice and pay compensation for the lessee's erectione and plant.
