ALLEGED BREACH OF REGULATIONS.

CHRISTCHURCH, April 13. The case against the manager of the Lyttelton Times for breach of the Avar regulations in publishing the movements of a steamer was adjourned to secure the attendance of .-in essential witness. The missing man, George F. Bell, was found at Lyttelton this morning by a constable and detained.
