30th REINFORCEMENTS SHORT. (Per United Press. Association.) WELLINGTON, April 9. A ballot to make up the shortage for the 30th Reinforcements commences at 2 o’clock to-morrow afternoon. The shortage is about a thousan and to provide for rejects three thonsa d names will be drawn.
