Prince Alexander Hohenlohe, who has been residing in Switzerland since the, war, in an article in the Nouvelle Gazette, says t' 1 *' Gormans are cherisht dangerous illusions concerning the effects produced on neutral countries by the peace offers. Neutral countries refuse to tecept the German theory that the Entente is responsible for the com tinuance of the war- They reproach Germany with proposing peace in an unacceptable form and withholding terms. •
