A DIBPCTB SETTLED.
(Australian and N.Z. Cabl^Association,) PEKIN, January 27. The Tung dispute as cabled on September 13th„ bSk been finally settled. China agrees to the Chinese officials apologising, and compensates the Japanese victims. The Japanese troops are to quit Cheng-Chia Tung when the'terms have'been fulfilled. The other disputes are unsettled, as China refuses to allow Japan to appoint a military instructor at the Chinese Military Academy, afid refuses to recognise the Japanese polios in Squth Manchuria And East Mongolia.
