THEIR EXPULSION. FROM BUCHAREST. (The Times.) Received January 27, 10.0 a.m. LONDON, January 26. Mr Bourchier, writing- from Jassy, states that there is great indignation at Germany’s removal of neutral Ministers from Bucharest. Doubtless the American Legation is sanctioning investigatin into the discovery of packages of explosives and microbes of dangerous disease found buried in the. German Legation The presence of neutrals is not desire dat the pending meeting between the Kaiser and his AlTes.
