GERMANY AT A DISADVANTAGE. (Australian and NZ. Cable Services.) Received January 27, 8 a.m.' NEW YORK, January 26, The Pitfeburg National Trade Commission report that the losses of European property as a result of the war, excluding shipping, total 5985 million dollars, which is mostly readily repairable. Germany will be at a serious disadvantage after the war, because she will be compelled to import raw materials before she re-commences exports.
