The Zinc Corporation is seeking to recover JE41.920, balance due - on- concentrates delivered before the war, from Aaron Hirsh and Sohn, of Germany. An application to make substituted service on P. H. Now, Hirseh’s agent, was granted. Defendants will be notified by means of a registered letter. - Thetconccntrates concerned are now at Port Pirie, and if judgment is obtained nan be taken over.
