ANONYMOUS LETTERS.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir.—lf tiie writer of a letter posted to me as a member of the Hospital and Charitable Aid Board, signed “Fair Play,” will sign his or her name as a guarantee of good faith, the matters referred to could then be investigated by the Board; but until that is done I must inform the writer that on no consideration would I be a party to making complaints re the management of any of the institutions controlled by the Board at the suggestion of anonymous writers. I am at all times trilling and ready to see that our poor and sick are properly cared lor, hut in fairness to those in charge the ah n ve request must be complied with. Sign your name, then forward your charges, and I feel sure every member of the Board will only be too pleased to inquire into such complaints as mav ho made in the true spirit of fair play.—l am, ete., GRACE SIDDF.LLS.
