The Zinc Corporatibn urged tfiat nobody would be inclined to spend half a million for the erection of refineries in war time only, and unless the German agreement was voided the mines would to close, involving huuof thousands sterling, and holdTOfJVup a'kuge stock of spelter. This would bo prejudicial to England, therctore the contract was void by common law. Judgment was reserved.
