IGNORED AT TEHERAN. Received December 1, 2.15 p.m. DELHI, November 30. News from Teheran shows that . the festival of Moherraui passed oif without the slightest hostility towards the Russians. The Press Bureau states that Colonel Cubitt, commanding the reinforced camel constabulary in Somaliland, attacked the dervishes on the 23rd November. r l he enemy was in a strong position at Shimberris, but the British captured the forts, which wore demolished. The dervishes were overcome by the moral effect of the shell fire, and fled. THE IRON CROSS. AWARDED TO A NOTORIOUS COUNT. Received December 1, 2.45 p.m. AMSTERDAM, November 30. Count Mielzynski has received an iron cross of the first class for bravery against the Russians. Count Mielzynski earned notoriety 12 months ago, when, suspecting his wife’s relations with a nephew. Count Alfred,, he found the latter in his wife’s room at a castle near Graotz, and shot both dead.
