At the last moment to-day Mr A. A. Paape, the Reform organiser, was nomi- ■ hated for Westland in opposition to Mr Seddou (the Liberal candidate). Several local residents were invited to stand, but all declined. Mr Paape wired his consent to stand from Auckland. WELLINGTON NOMINATIONS. , WELLINGTON, November 30.
