GERMAN PRISONERS IN SAMOA.
j ■WELLINGTON, November 30. In reference to the statements recently made regarding the coiirtmartial of a German prisoner in Samoa, the Prime Minister states that the Governor has received a message from Colonel Logan, administrator of Samoa, that there is no truth in the report that any German has been condemned to death.
