THE ENEMY ROUTED. PETROGRAD, November 28. ' . Official.—The Russians gained decisive success on the Proszowice-Brzesko-Boch-nia-Wisiricz front on Thursday. They routdd the enemy and captured seventhousand prisoners and thirty guns, whereof ten were with complete teams; also twenty machine-guns.
