AN INVERCARGILL CASE. (Per United Press Association.') INTF.ECARGILL. July 9. In the iudgmeut in the Chib Hotel case, Mr Justice Denniston upholds tlie anneal from the Magistrate's decision. This .was an appeal from the-stipendiary Magistrate on his dismissal of an information charging the respondent t'nat being manager of premises known as the rinh Hotel at Invercargill, he did keep such premises as a place of resort for the consumption of intoxicating lienors.
