OTTAWA, July 9, Labour bodies throughout the Dominion endorse the Govern incut’s decision to deport unemployed emigrants who have been less than three years in Canada, owing to the condition of the labour market. Mr Walters, president of the Dominion Trades Congress, states that it is dishonest for immigration agents and transport at ion companies to. induce hundreds of unsuitable persons to enter Canada, securing bonuses by representing them as agricultural labourers.
