OLD AGE PENSIONS.
A CANADIAN BILL. Press Association.—Telegraph.—Copyright Received March 6 8.45 a.m. OTTAWA, March 5. Mr George Kyte. in the House of Commons, has introduced an Old Age Pensions Bill on the lines of those adopted in Australia and New Zealand. The Finance Minister (Mr White) is opposed to the measure, declaring that public opinion in Canada is not ready for such action.
