REFINING NEW ZEALAND OIL.
THE NEW PYLYMODTH PLANT. (Per United Press Association.) . NEW PLYMOUTH, June 25. Wlicn Captain Halsey was here last week he turned the' tap admitting "the crude oil into the Taranaki Oil Wells. Limited’s new refinery. There were still finishing touches requiring to be made to the works, but the directors now propose to have the formal opening on July 21st, and to imnte Ministers and members of Parliament to attend the inauguration of the new industry.
