Mr Robertsoh, of Auckland, comes to Wanganui. Mr and Mrs 0, Hean left Wangatihi to-day on a trip to Australia, where Mr Ilcau intends placing his patent cough remedy on the market. Mrs 0. Blanfbrd, L.R.A.M., who was it one time Music Mistress at the Wangtiuui Girls’ College, apd who has been Tor some time in England, was to have left for Dunedin at the end of May. The friends of the Rev. P. L. Cameron of Westmero, who was admitted sonie time ago to the Hospital suffering front a paralytic stroke, will bo pleased to learn, that he lias returned .to his bomb much improved in health. According to letters received by the last English mail, Mr C. H. Howorth, engineer to the Wanganui HarbourBoard, accompanied by Mrs Howorth aiid Mr J. R. Howorth, had arrived Lotidon from a tour on the continent, whei-o Mr Howorth made an inspection of tho most notable harbours and studied th<t latest improvements in dredges and dredging.
