THE LIDDLRDALK CASE. LONDON, ITay 6. The Courts have hi-eii again asked to j resume the death of Liddcrdale, the hanker. The Judge stated that he now pwoguised tho existence of Miss Vinlng ami her yacht. The case has been ad-. joimicd.
Several years ago Mr Liddcrdale, a pro-fos-ional man o( independent means, disappeared mysteriously on the eve of his maniage. A letter was subsequently received from him purporting to have been written on the private yacht of an American lady. Mi.v-> Vising, with whom Lidclerclnle was known to have previously termed an attachment. Since thou no trace as to Lidderdale's w hereabouts has been cL.scovered. His relatives and fiancee di-believed the story that he had joined Mis-. Vicing, cotnidering him to hove been the victim of foul play. Several apjluatiops to tiie Court.-, “to pri“iume death” have been refused, but evidently tome new evidence in elucidation of the mystery has been presented.
