Asquith said there would he only a formal committee -tuge of the Home Rule, DLe-AabliMiTiieiil, and Scottish Temperance Bills. The usual procedure would he a waste of time, since any amendment, v.ould destroy the identity of the Bills. Mr Bonar Law retorted: ‘'Then our discussion will be a complete farce." The Uous. Birrcll and McKenna nod Air A. Ure. K.C., will re-intr»ducc the three Bills, wbich are not dheussed.
