APPOINTMENTS

WELLINGTON, May 7.

“We aro waiting for a fuller meeting of Cabinet,” answered the Prime Minister when your correspondent asked him it to-day’s meeting, at which four Ministers attended, had decided who are to bo appointed to the Legislative Council. Mr Massey added that; next session the Logielativo Council Reform Bill will be reintroduced and every effort ntadc to pass it.
