PETERSBURG, Alarch 6. __ A Cossack carried the Tsarevitch into Kazan Cathedral, where the Romanoff service was held. The congregation sat or stood throughout, and did not kneel. Immense enthusiasm was shown by the enormous crowds in the streets.
