PETERSBURG, Alarch 6 The streets of St. Petersburg are splendidly decorated and illuminated for the celebration of the tercentenary of the Romanoff lino ascending the throne. There were special services in the churches, whereat the. Czar’s manifesto was read recalling Russia’s progress in civilisation, industry, and art. THE TSAREVITCH. Received Alarch 7, 9 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Alarch 6. __ A Cossack carried the Tsarevitch into Kazan Cathedral, where the Romanoff service was held. The congregation sat or stood throughout, and did not kneel. Immense enthusiasm was shown by the enormous crowds in the streets.
