' A meeting of the Hawlcebs Bay branch of the Post and Telegraph Association adopted the following resolution re tho Minister's circular on gambling;—“ That this branch of tho service expresses its indignation at the issue of the gambling circular, and considers it an unwarranted insult to an honourable body of men, and request that it be withdrawn.”
