The Trade and Commerce Department |s opening negotations with the Imperial Government with the obieet of securing' the co-operation of the British Consular service to expand Canada’s trade. The Hon. G. Foster, .Minister of Commerce, and a member of the Imnerial Trade Commission, will take uo the question during his visit to England.
