(Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, June (i. Ihe criminal sessions of (he Supreme Court were concluded to-day. The charges of theft against four young seamen wen again nrelerred. The accused, who until recently were employed on the Shaw. Savill liner Waimana, were charged with stealing from the Waimana at Auckland on February JO live rolls of cloth, and further, on February 21, with receiving and having in their possession four roll.of cloth knowing the cloth to have beer stolon Two trials have already been held, and in each ease the jury disagreed. When the ease was called Air Sole said that under the eiremmtances lie would no) press for a third trial. The accused, who have been in custody since February, were aeeordin gly disell arg ed.
